At Pland Stainless Limited, we continually invest in high‑quality equipment to support productivity, technical capability, and long‑term operational growth. As part of a digitally enabled manufacturing transformation project, we are inviting supplier proposals for the supply, installation, commissioning, and training of a Tube Laser Cutting system.

This tender opportunity is open to reputable manufacturers, distributors, and service providers capable of meeting the technical and operational requirements outlined below.

Current Machinery Requirement – Tube Laser Cutter

Pland Stainless Limited is seeking to procure a Tube Laser Cutter with the following minimum capabilities:

General Specifications

• 6m feed capacity
• Manual loading
• Manual unloading

Material & Cutting Capabilities

• Up to 3mm stainless steel – 50mm × 50mm box section
• Up to 3mm stainless steel – 50mm round tube
• Up to 10mm stainless steel bar (preferred but not essential)

Scope of Supply

Supplier proposals should include:

• Detailed technical proposal
• Full machine specification sheets and certifications
• Commercial quotation (including delivery and installation)
• Warranty details
• Lead times and availability
• Company profile and relevant experience
• After‑sales support information
• References from similar installations or projects

Procurement & Public Funding Statement

This procurement forms part of a project supported by public sector funding. As such, Pland Stainless Limited is required to operate a fair, open, and transparent procurement process. The company reserves the right to select the proposal that best meets the published evaluation criteria and project objectives and is not obliged to select the lowest‑priced submission.

Tender Period & Submission Deadline

This tender will remain open for a minimum period of 14 days from the date of publication to ensure fair access for all potential suppliers.
