Rolle Freeze Protected Heated Shower and Eye/Face Wash
The Rolle AXION® MSR Freeze Protected Heated Shower and Eye/Face Wash is a premium emergency safety station designed for hazardous environments where freezing temperatures and exposure to dangerous substances present significant workplace risks. Engineered for outdoor installations, chemical plants, laboratories, manufacturing facilities and industrial sites, the unit provides reliable emergency decontamination in even the harshest conditions.
Featuring advanced AXION® MSR technology, the integrated eye and face wash assembly delivers a controlled laminar flow pattern designed to effectively remove contaminants while improving user comfort during emergency flushing. The accompanying AXION® MSR drench shower provides uniform water coverage across the entire spray pattern for improved emergency washing performance.
The heat traced and insulated design incorporates thermostatically controlled heating cable, insulated pipework and a protective outer jacket to help prevent freezing in temperatures as low as -30°F (-34.4°C). An automatic thermal actuator bleed valve further protects the unit against freezing conditions while maintaining operational readiness.
Supplied fully assembled and pressure tested, the Rolle emergency station reduces installation time and maintenance requirements. Its robust stainless steel and galvanised construction provides excellent durability and corrosion resistance for demanding industrial applications.
