The Lune Removable Sensor Tap is an advanced touch-free washroom solution designed specifically for healthcare environments, hospitals and commercial washrooms where hygiene is a priority. Featuring a mains-powered infrared sensor system, the tap provides reliable hands-free operation while helping to reduce surface contact and support improved hygiene standards.
A key feature of the Lune tap is its removable stainless steel spout, which can be quickly disconnected for internal cleaning and descaling. This allows maintenance teams to carry out routine hygiene procedures efficiently while supporting infection control protocols. The spout is also interchangeable with compatible Hostaform spouts, offering additional flexibility where required.
The tap incorporates an adjustable electronic duty flush system which automatically purges the water supply if the tap has not been used within a 24-hour period. This feature helps maintain water quality and supports hygienic system management in healthcare and low-use environments.
Manufactured with a chrome plated brass body and stainless steel spout, the Lune features smooth internal waterways, a flow straightener and anti-blocking protection for dependable long-term performance.
