Cook and Catering Manager Alison Witting entered the competition, which ran in EduCatering Magazine last year, said she was delighted with their win. “Christmas has come very early indeed” she said and “this new trolley will be really useful. Good to know it’s been made in the UK too.” Alison and her team work for Norse Commercial services who manage the kitchen at Diss High School.
