Preparation table

Versatile workstation for use in any size kitchen, pizza outlet, and fast food restaurant where speed of preparation is of importance. Chinon chef's preparation tables measure 1200mm x 650mm x 900mm and are ideal for outside catering and barbecues. They are supplied with two coloured chopping boards and a recessed waste chute decanting into a gastronorm container for waste removal.

Speed rail takes standard gastronorm containers and the unit is supplied with 2No 1/2 size and 3No 1/4 size polycarbonate gastronorm containers and 5No stainless steel trays. Static option available as described but without wheels.
