Pland Stainless Ltd will endeavour to provide next working day delivery of all ex-stock products providing the Order is receipted into our Sales Office before 1.00pm (Monday to Friday). All orders not exceeding £200.00 in value (plus VAT) will be subject to a small order surcharge of £15.00 plus VAT to cover administration and delivery charges. In some circumstances this will be waived if the client agrees to collect from our Leeds depot (this must be done by prior arrangement).

In instances where product is no longer required we will accept return of items within three months from date of invoice provided these have not been ordered and manufactured to specific requirements. An upper limit of £5,000 applies when considering re-stocking of any products. When you return product within this specified period, depending upon the type of product, there will be a minimum restocking charge of 25%. This may increase to 75% depending upon the type of product. Please check with our sales office prior to returning product.

When paying by Credit Card

Please be aware when paying by Credit Card that upon cancellation or amendment, there will be a charge made equivalent to either £15.00 or 2.5% of transaction value whichever is the greater.
